Welcome to the Breyting Community Roaster™ website! In the interest of continuing to build trust with our customers we want you to understand the terms of your sale. We may change or update these terms so please check this page regularly
When you make a purchase from the Site, you may create an account as part of the checkout process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and restricting access to your password and account. You further agree to accept responsibility for all purchases and activities that occur under your account.
Acceptance Of Order
Your placement of an order does not necessarily guarantee that we will accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order in our sole discretion.
Pricing & Availability
All prices for coffee and other products (and the associated costs of shipping and tax) are shown in U.S. dollars. All items are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have already placed your order.
Price Quotations & Payment Terms
The pricing listed is the amount the items will be sold for (shipping and handling cost are additional). There are no discounts available unless it is specified on our website. Breyting Community Roaster™ currently accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards and PayPal. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated credit card and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping and handling) to that card. If the card cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
Shipping Terms & Policies
Paid orders typically ship within 72 hours. Partial shipments will be approved prior to shipping. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Time. Standard shipping is typically via UPS, Federal Express, or the U.S. Postal Service and you should allow five (5) to eight (8) business days for standard delivery once an order has been shipped. The shipping charge shown during the checkout process is subject to verification. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice All orders are shipped FOB our roastery in Deland Fl. Title to products passes from Breyting Community Roaster™ to you upon shipment and we are not responsible for any shipping delays or problems once the product has been shipped.
If you received Damaged or Defective Items, Shortages and Fulfillment Errors—no worries. Simply request and fill out our return authorization form and we will make arrangements with you. We ask that you make us aware of your claim within (10) business days of receipt of goods and if possible send photos of defective merchandise and send them with your request to support@Breyting.com.
All cancellations are subject to Breyting Community Roaster’s™ approval. Unfortunately, cancellations will not be accepted for shipments in progress, but as always Breyting Community Roaster™ will make every effort to work with you and your situation.
Its rare, but If you order any products that have been discontinued or are out of stock at the time of fulfillment, a Breyting Community Roaster™ representative will contact you before your order is completed to discuss your options.
