Since 2007, Breyting Community Roaster™ has been helping clubs, schools, non-profits, and change-makers that are striving to make this planet a better place to live. We designed this program to be the most profitable coffee fundraising program you can use.
Here is how it works:
- Your organization presales the coffee with our easy-to-use fundraising templates. We supply you with all the marketing materials you need to implement your fundraiser.
- Your organization then places a bulk order at our wholesale prices based on your presales.
- We ship fresh roasted coffee to you within 3-10 days.
- Your organization sells and distributes the retail-priced coffee at your own pace.
STEP 1: Getting Started
To launch your Fundraising Wholesale Program, first fill out the “New Customer” form found below. We will send an email to your preferred email address with the wholesale price list and order form (prices do not include shipping and handling).
STEP 2: Choose your coffees
When you decide what you want to order, email Breyting Community Roaster a purchase order or simply email with the order information. Once the roastery receives your order, please wait 4 to 48 hours as we confirm how long it will take to roast and pack your order.
STEP 3: Payment and Shipping Details
We send a Final Invoice and Shipping Details to your preferred email address so you can review the order and arrange for payment. We accept payment by check, credit card, or wire transfer.
Once paid, orders are shipped within three days (small orders) to 10 days (larger orders). Additions to any order already placed will be considered a “new order” and written as a new purchase order. Partial shipments will be approved via email before shipping.
NOTE: Orders over 5,000 boxes will require us to coordinate with our suppliers to give you a production time and delivery date.
STEP 4: Delivery
We deliver or ship your bulk order to you. Delivery is free for orders within 100 miles of our roastery in DeLand, FL. Most orders outside of the DeLand area will be shipped UPS or FedEx Freight Collect. For very large orders, we can give you a quote for our truck to deliver within Florida.
If you prefer to use your own freight company, we offer these easy-to-use freight routing documents. Simply click on the desired PDF and fill out the required information (in PDF form). The form is then ready to be attached to an email you can send to your freight forwarders for quote and to coordinate your freight pick up and routing.
Disclaimer: If you are using your own freight forwarder or common carrier, Breyting Community Roaster will not be responsible for non-delivery, loss, or damage during shipment. It is solely your responsibility as the buyer to purchase third-party insurance to insure your order(s).
STEP 5: Coffee!
Distribute the coffee to your customers however you wish. It’s that simple to achieve your fundraising goals!
Regarding Payment Options
Breyting Community Roaster is designed as a cooperative. Therefore, any losses would directly affect our workers, staff, farmers, and stakeholders. For this reason, we don’t offer Net Terms.
Orders may be paid by:
1. Cashier’s check or Company check.
(NOTE: funds must clear before shipment will be made.)
2. Wire transfer
(our inbound routing instructions are available upon request.)
3. Credit card or by phone (please email to arrange phone calls.)
4. Electronic withdrawal.
5. PayPal or Stripe.
Damage, Returns, Shortages
If you receive damaged or defective items, shortages, or other fulfillment errors, no worries! Simply complete a Return Authorization Form, and we will expedite your request. Please submit your claim within 10 business days of receipt of goods and, if possible, send photos of defective merchandise with your return request to email@example.com.
After payment, your order is complete, and we will begin to roast and prepare your coffee. All cancellations between ordering and shipping are subject to Breyting Community Roaster approval. We are glad to make every effort to work with you and your specific situation, but we can’t cancel an order after it is has shipped.
Backorders are rare. Should this occur, we will contact you to discuss your options and let you when we can ship your order.
